Lorenzo’s Pizza located at 16721 Orchard Stone Run Suite 120, Charlotte, NC 28277 has hands down the best Pizza in the Charlotte area. Perfectly cooked, perfect texture and flavor from the cheese to the crust to the sauce. 10/10!! Love this place. Owner and his wife are awesome too! Friendly staff. I’ve seen some reviews for this place that obviously are written by frustrated delivery service employees. That and a few fake ones too. The owner is a great guy who extremely cares about the quality of his food and delivers it. Pizza is amazingly good - perfect Crust, Cheese and Sauce. This is better than NYC! And just tried their Fried Ravoli - genius!!!! Follow my reviews - I have over 55 Million views to my reviews/photos! Yummy! Yum! Yum! I love this neighborhood pizza joint. It tastes so authentic, I may as well be a flight attendant again hitting my favorite pizza spot on a layover in New York! Family run business. Clean restaurant. Chill atmosphere. Dine in, patio seating, or carry out...it's all good! The menu has excellent features and they are adding more selective choices, like cauliflower crust and vegan cheese to the menu. This is my kind of "slice of heaven!"

I’ve been coming to this place for the past 5 years and I really use to love this place. The service and food was always great! Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. The knots were burnt, like every single one of them black. Honestly, I probably won’t return due to this. My last few experiences have not been great. Brushed it off as a one off on bad service and food. I’m pregnant , a returning customer and I always tip. I just hate that Ive been inconvenienced, with poor service and have to toss my knots. It feels like a spit in the face. So this is my good bye. The service Industry today is just not the same . @Owner Lorenzo my husband called on a past issue and nothing was done. Just an apology hence the reason for the review. I understand you are busy, but the knots were not edible. So why package and send them out. It’s not me crying on the internet or trying to bash a your business. Just giving my point of view and other patrons have noticed service changed in the past few years. But bash me bud. Hope you felt you stuck it to me. I rate services as I see them poor service will be noted the same as great service.

First time customer and decided to dine in. Food was good however the staff was inexperienced and lacked customer service skills. My wife and I ordered two personal pizzas, two small salads and two soft drinks totaling $75 before tip! They served the salads with a small container of dressing. I asked the counter girl for an extra small container of ranch dressing for my wife and was told it would cost me $1.50…after we spent $75 for pizza and a salad! I inquired about the up charge and she grinned and told me “I don’t control pricing”. Now I know why there were very few people dining in during a Saturday evening. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer and will not recommend this restaurant to family, friends and colleagues.
